Shipping & Returns
Due to the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer to fulfill your order. We are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from receipt of your order. If you have provided your email address, you will receive emails regarding your order confirmation and your shipping confirmation.
Shipping is charged at $10 for all orders. We do not ship outside Australia.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you full replacement or full refund including postage /shipping.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Bonelk warrants repair or replacement of such defective goods for up to 1 year from the date of it original purchase. This warranty is against defects in the goods purchased and does not cover damage caused by the incorrect use or installation of the goods, or by modifications, or by accident. To claim under the warranty you need to return the product to the place of purchase (at your expense) with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase. Please note: Subject to Australian Consumer Law, the customer is responsible for all costs relating to all packaging, freight and insurance for the transit to and from Bonelk.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This product is for household use only. If the product is used in a commercial environment the warranty period will automatically be reduced to 3 months.
2. Bonelk warrants that, with normal use or service, the product will be free from faulty parts, manufacture or workmanship.
3. The warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors , eg. mishandling, abuse, accident or failure to follow operating instructions.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:
As a wholesaler, Bonelk does not process the replacements or refunds directly to the customer. Please contact the retailer / store / reseller you bought the product from for a replacement or refund if the product is faulty.
