Warranty policy

Bonelk products are backed by guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund in the event of a major failure, as well as compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If a product does not meet acceptable quality but the failure is not considered major, Bonelk will repair or replace it within one year of purchase. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not extend to damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modifications, or accidents. 

To claim under warranty, simply return the product to the original place of purchase (at your expense) with proof of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for packaging, freight, and insurance costs for transit to and from Bonelk, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

1. This product is intended for household use only. Use in a commercial environment will reduce the warranty period to three months. 

2. Bonelk warrants that, under normal use and service, the product will be free from defects in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing. 

3. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling, abuse, accidents, or failure to follow the product’s operating instructions.
